‘The global digitisation process brings new opportunities, but also challenges. Cleverly conceived communication between humans and machines is essential when it comes to ensuring that innovations sustainably improve our social coexistence. To be a part of shaping the future is an exciting task.’
‘After completing a project, we received a particularly positive feedback: not only were the users more satisfied but also the customer’s internal communication had improved through working with us! Making the lives and work of so many people easier – that motivates me.’
‘The best solutions for people in the digital world are based on successful communication – no matter in which language. Good image-text combinations or cleverly designed icons can be a language in itself. My work as a UX writer is inspired by my travels in nature, other cultures and language areas.’
