This year’s edition of the DMEA will take place from 16 to 18 June – not as usual in the Berlin exhibition halls, but virtual with numerous contributions on the most important topics and trends in health IT. We from UseTree will also be there and are looking forward to our presentation in cooperation with Siemens Healthineers.
In our talk we will explain what is meant by the term certification. We also present a practical guide that provides answers to questions you may have when planning your certification process: How do I identify user needs and possible risks associated with the product? How do I translate these risks into concrete product requirements? What do I have to take into account for the documentation?
In a joint session we will give an overview of the product development process of medical software. In this context, the usability and user experience (UX) of medical devices play a fundamental role. They enable patients and users to operate intuitively and safely and are decisive factors, especially in the context of market entry and the necessary approval procedures.
Our UX consultants Ariane Jäger and Cornelia Lüderitz will discuss these and other questions together with you and Siemens Healthineers in our conference session “FDA Usability Engineering: First Requirements to Medical Software Certification”.
Our talk will take place on 17 June from 10.00 until 11.00 am, online in Microsoft Teams via this link: UseTree & Siemens Healthineers @DMEA sparks 2020
We are looking forward to an inspiring digital exchange!
The session is organised by the Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Usability in cooperation with the Cluster ICT | Media | Creative Industries.
