Your journey with us

As a UX UI Designer Digital & Accessibility, you will design digital products that are accessible to everyone. You will work on projects in medtech, industry, energy and the public sector.

You translate complex requirements into clear, accessible interfaces. And you combine structured UX thinking with a keen eye for visual details. You work closely with UX Research, Development and our customer teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Conception and design of accessible user interfaces
  • Development of wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes
  • Creation of user-centred UX concepts and user flows
  • Review and further development of accessibility guidelines and design systems
  • Collaboration with research, development and stakeholders
  • Presentation of concepts and design decisions
  • Support for usability tests and iterative improvement of designs

What you bring

  • Experience in UX/UI design, either in an agency or in-house  
  • Excellent understanding of user experience, accessibility, interaction design, and visual design  
  • Confident use of Figma  
  • Ability to translate complex content into clear user journeys  
  • Team spirit, curiosity, and a strong commitment to quality  
  • Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping decisions
