Julia Fritzsche is a linguist and has been with UseTree since its founding. Since November 2025, she has co-managed the agency as a managing director alongside Stefan Häber.

As a Senior Conversation Writer, she combines linguistic expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. She analyzes how language works, provides orientation, and influences decisions, and applies this knowledge strategically to digital products and services.

Her master’s thesis on voice assistant systems and an MBA in business expand this perspective to include conversational user interfaces and strategic decision-making. In addition, she is co-author of the textbook “Agile Business Management through Self-Organization.” In this way, she combines a scientific foundation with practical leadership experience.

With this interdisciplinary background, she lays the groundwork for clear, effective, and sustainable communication between humans and machines.
