Nastasja Schäfer is a communication designer who graduated from the design akademie berlin, now known as the Berlin School of Design and Communication. She is Strategy Lead at UseTree.

As a freelance designer and art director, she has worked for clients from a wide range of industries for over 15 years. During this time, she developed the ability to quickly and thoroughly understand business models, products and target groups.

For Nastasja, a clear conceptual approach is the basis for sustainable design solutions. As Strategy Lead and Senior UX Strategist, she is responsible for developing stringent UX strategies. Visually precise, structurally clear and consistently aligned with the client's goals.
