Julia Fritzsche is a linguist and has been part of UseTree since its founding. She has been co-CEO of UseTree with Stefan since November 2025.

As a user experience writer, she combines linguistic expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. She analyses how language works, provides orientation and influences decisions, and applies this knowledge specifically to digital products and services.

Her master's thesis on language assistance systems and an MBA in economics expand this perspective to include conversational user interfaces and strategic decision-making skills. In this way, she creates the basis for clear, effective and sustainable communication between humans and machines.
