Starting position

Millionways develops a platform that helps people actively shape mental health, personal development and reflection. The product addresses a sensitive yet growing field and consciously positions itself between coaching, therapy and self-reflection.

For the next phase of growth, Millionways needed a pitch deck that does more than explain functions. Investors should understand which problem Millionways solves, why the approach is relevant and what potential the product has. The challenge was to reduce complexity without losing the depth of the topic.

Approach and solution

Together with Millionways, UseTree developed a pitch deck that clearly combines content, story and visual language.

The focus was on a stringent narrative. From the social context to the specific problem to the solution, the business model and the vision. Content was prioritized, lines of argument were sharpened and translated into a clear dramaturgy.

The visual design supports this structure. Reduced design, clear typography and targeted visuals ensure that content remains easy to grasp and that the attitude of Millionways is conveyed. The deck works both in a personal pitch and in asynchronous delivery.

Impact
