Smartblick takes the approach of combining these offerings in a modular digital platform. Different target groups, usage situations and content should be represented without fragmenting the user experience. One focus was on the modularity of the platform. Modules should work on their own but still remain part of a consistent system. To this end, UseTree developed a clear information architecture, defined recurring interaction patterns and created a common language for content and functions.
At the same time, different groups of actors were considered. Administration, cities, local providers and users had to come together in one system without complexity penetrating the interface.
