The aim was a digital platform that makes content, sessions and networking opportunities accessible in an intuitive and inviting way. The challenge was to design digital conference experiences in such a way that they were both structured and inspiring — across formats, topics and time.

UseTree accompanied the Digital Medicine Conference with UX advice and conception. Together with the team, target groups, usage scenarios and expectations were analysed. Content and processes were structured in line with real user needs. Interaction concepts and information architecture were designed to make content clearly tangible and to ensure orientation even during parallel sessions.
The result is a user-centered structure that logically organizes content, sessions, and interactions. The concept creates a stable framework for participants and organizers to effectively obtain information and network.
